Along the arc of the left and right edge of the coin, the inscription in Czech: "KORUNA ČESKÁ" - "CZECH CROWN". At the top - a large numeral "1", at the bottom - an image of the Crown of Saint Wenceslas. Below the image - the initials of the artist, Jarmila Truhlíková-Spěváková: "JTS".

Along the arc of the coin's edge from left to right runs the text in Czech: "ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA" - "CZECH REPUBLIC", at the bottom - the year of minting: "2012". In the central part, an image of a double-tailed lion in profile - the emblem of the Czech Republic. At the bottom - the letter: "b" - the mintmark of the Jablonec nad Nisou Mint.
