    In the central part of the reverse is a relief image of the coat of arms of Tver Oblast, with a circumferential inscription: at the top – 'RUSSIAN FEDERATION', at the bottom – 'TVER OBLAST'.

    At the top along the rim is the inscription BANK OF RUSSIA, at the bottom the year of issue '2005'. On the left is an olive branch, and on the right an oak branch. Both branches slightly overlap the central insert. In the central part, the denomination is indicated – the number '10', and below it the currency unit – 'RUBLES'. Inside the digit '0', depending on the viewing angle, one can see the inscriptions '10' and 'RUB'. Above the year of issue is the mintmark 'MMD' (Moscow Mint).
